3D printed neckbrace

For years I had the idea to make a 3D printed neckbrace,
and I started with it in 2025.
My homemade neckbrace did not fit well anymore, and I was not able to
make a better one in the same way.
After about half a year, I had almost the right shape.
Technical details
The white shape in the photo is hard material and is only used to find the right shape.
The black shape is printed with the size at 50%. It is flexible and that is what I'm going to use for the final neckbrace.
The flexibele plastic is TPU 95A filament. I print it with Gyroid infill without perimeters.
The strength of the neckbrace can be controlled by adjusting the thickness of the neckbrace
and by adjusting the percentage of the Gyroid infill.
